The building is new so it's very clean and nice and so are the room. I was looking forward to using the kitchenette but there was nothing in the cupboards or drawers. I later found a little notice saying you have to request kitchen items downstairs. An inconvenience for me and the main reason I stayed here was for the kitchenette use.Coffee in the lobby was rarely fresh. Housekeeping also has to be requested and is an extra fee.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room was a nice size and even had a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. The soap in the bathroom was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Location was good from freeway. New building and fresh interiors. Needed to ask for plates and cutlery rather than have it already in the room. No ice on our floor, only in first floor. Wi-fi cut each of our two computers off without any warning and the front desk could not help. They gave us a customer help number to call to get back online when the first one went. They were helpful and successful, but it was a hassle. Then the same thing happened with our other computer, so had to do the whole thing again. No obvious reason. Not fun.

The FRONT DESK staff member was very kind during check-in. The property and room was very clean. A person staying an extended time would appreciate the studio type kitchen. The breakfast was grab and go snack type. The drink machine didn’t work, although it didn’t charge me. The coffee was very old, around 8 AM when we left, and the only cream selection was a French vanilla type, nothing else.
