Staff was great, room was dirty, sheets had stains, bathroom corner had trash and cobwebs, the bathtub was dirty, mirror, dirty the walls needed to be patched or repainted and the headboard to the bed was nasty

This hotel has become our new "go-to" when passing through Yuma on our way to Tucson. We've stayed here twice, and both times our room has been clean, quiet and comfortable. The AC has worked great (a must!), and the property is easy to access from the freeway. It's close to restaurants, coffee shops and gas stations. An excellent choice if you're looking for a basic motel.

Negatives: The website photo of the room was misleading; I chose this motel initially because of the attractive colorful bedspread and curtains, but our so-described “deluxe” room had none of these. The room had all the basics, but there were no frills, such as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, or any extra pillows (only two were provided). The two chairs were wooden, made for utility rather than comfort.
