Location was really great , it was close to the mountain and also walkable distance to the city center , room was tiny but there was everything I needed

Location was good. The staff were exceptional. Cleanliness of the facilities and having the Spa after a long day of hiking was great. Breakfast was spot on. Enough to fuel you to get the day going.

The view was amazing, a very quiet neighborhood and a convenient store around the corner, it was a dream. The breakfast was super good and whenever we needed help the people working there assisted us. The pool and sauna were amazing too

Horrible internet. Basically there is no WIFI. If you travel with remote job as me this place not for you. Everything else is okay.

House is OK, but OWNER + MANAGER is terrible the owner and admin are rude and angry always looking for a problems first of all, upon arrival we all had to wait about an hour until they allocated rooms, because they wanted to see everyone who arrived, so they could count everyone, we had to pay extra for cots +500 per child per week, although booking does not indicate this there was no breakfast, although it was promised and for us with children it was important. we were accused of damaging the jacuzzi, although only a small plastic part was loose, which we put in a safe visible place so that other guests would not break it and get hurt they only allowed us to use the common areas until 17:00 or 20:00, although this is not indicated before booking, and we all hoped that we (20 people) would have somewhere to hang out together. When we were leaving, owner said - he close the gate until we pay for the jacuzzi reparation, we explained all the arguments that the owner was wrong - then they calmed down, although they ruined the festive mood once again.... we never come back there...

Nice and clean, and the staff was really kind. -

Breakfast was good, and the space was clean. The apartment was cold on the first day because the heating was switched on only when we arrived. For the other days, the room was fine. We chose hotel primarily for the spa facilities and were not informed that the spa would be unavailable from November 14-16, 2024. Currently, there is no information on Booking.com indicating the spa closure for our booking dates. We only received this information after check-in, through our own inquiries via online messages. Additionally, there is no staff present on-site, and the contact number provided on Booking.com is unreachable. We feel misled, as the information provided about the spa does not reflect the actual situation, and the service provided does not match what was stated in the offer.

The best thing about this place was the breakfast and the two ladies who prepared and served the breakfast. It was every day a bit different, good variety of choices, freshly baked pancakes, salads, bruschetta, cakes etc. The breakfast ladies filled up always everything quickly and were super nice. They are doing a great job. The room was nice, warm and clean, but nothing special. Good value for money. Spa is a plus. You can pay only in cash, at least the taxes for sure (we paid the rest in advance via booking). The guy at the reception asked us to pay the tax by check in, but we did not have zloty or small coins in eur. He was angry, even when we told him that we will pay later, when we change money. Anyway it was inconveniente. Next day, the girl at the reception was not nice either, when we asked her to help with the spa entry - it turned out, that the guy gave us incorrect info about the spa entry. Only because of the reception I am giving a 9 and not 10.

The room was good for solo travellers. It would be nice if they provide the room with hair dryer.
