Loved the breakfast buffet options, yummy and healthy! Gym was great because running outside wasn’t an option since weather was too hot.

Staff sent a text every couple of days to see how we we're doing and if there was anything they could do to improve our stay!! They are really trying hard to make improvements. The pool was great and the breakfast was great, even had gluten free options. Hot breakfast meats were different every day. You had to call down to get housekeeping every couple of days. They did bare minimum.

Exceptional

The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. However, the breakfast was not very good and there weren’t many options to choose from. We would have loved to have waffles for the kids, but they didn’t have a waffle maker available. The pool was also quite dirty, and we even found a baby’s diaper in it, which was very concerning.

Later, we were informed that the real issue was a significant shortage of housekeeping staff, which left insufficient time to prepare rooms. What was particularly disappointing was the response we received from the hotel staff. Instead of offering a sincere apology, we were told that some guests check in as late as midnight and that a 5:00 PM check-in was therefore “not that bad.” This response showed very little understanding of the inconvenience caused to our family. We also booked and paid for a room with the reasonable expectation that it would be available at the advertised check-in time. If a guest were unable to pay the full room rate on time, it would not be considered acceptable for them to simply pay less. By the same logic, it is difficult to understand why the hotel would not be held accountable for failing to provide the room at the promised time. Furthermore, the advertised housekeeping schedule of service every other day was not followed during our stay, apparently due to the same staffing shortage.

The hotel was clean and concurrent. Breakfast was pretty bad, bedding was atrocious, and they didn't clean the room (we left the room at 11:30 am) when they were supposed to.

Room was clean and I mean smelled clean compared to others. Pool was clean and not crowded at all. Breakfast was eh but Orher than that enjoyable stay for 4 days.

Rooms are large. Our group of three each had a bed of our own with the sofa bed. Could use a few more kitchen utensils and DISH SOAP

I stayed for several weeks. They would clean my room every 4 or 5 days after I would complain and throw my own trash out and get my own clean towels every night. Ridiculous for how much money I spent.

Our stay was good. The whole hotel smells like mildew and I constantly had to use my inhaler. The housekeepers were very nice and bright

We were very satisfied overall with everything at the hotel clean room. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Only thing I have a complaint was the eggs were runny. Everything else was great.

Clean room and upgraded to a suite which was very nice, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was okay not my favorite, pool was nice, gym was good, had snacks to but if needed and close by a lot of restaurants and stores really convenient.

i liked the breakfast, nevertheless seems that it changed its menu since they didnt have the waffle maker anymore, previously breakfast had more options. they do not have water for guests in reception anymore, that was also cool.

We have stayed at this Hollywood Suites for several years while visiting family in the area. Always pleased with the room and healthy choices at breakfast.
