I had booked a room at this hotel and then upon arrival, they told me they had no rooms and sent me to another hotel is a worse part of town. Staff was unhelpful.

They cancelled our booking and didn’t let us know. We missed the kick off for our World Cup soccer game because we had to move to a different location so I can’t comment The fact that they can cancel bookings without letting you know

It was in a nice neighborhood It was old and had a man sitting in a parking space all night in a wheel chair

This hotel was very dirty. They have roaches the room smell like a motel like prostitutes live in there with roaches in bugs they do not clean the room properly when you check in. I literally have to go in there and clean the room myself.

La verdad está muy sucia las alfombras , el sistema de programar las Tarjetas (llaves ) para entrar a mi habitación NO funcionaba el personal encargado de registracion tenía que ir hasta la aviación abrir la puerta !!! 2 días nunca me dieron llave para entrar a mi Avitacion ,, el agua de la ducha no salía caliente constante , el Café horrible !!

It was fairly priced and close to the location needed The lobby was too dark, not estheticly pleasant, no restroom to use in the lobby. Advertised free breakfast, I wouldn’t call that breakfast.
