Everything with his day was excellent. The staff at the front desk was really nice, but since I am being asked to write a review, I would say I only have two complaints: 1: one of the waiters at the restaurant was really rude and he had an attitude like didn’t like his job I would expect better service paying the rate that I was paying for a hotel of this caliber… 2: the other thing is a couple of items in the room were a little worn out like the chair was all scratched down and the sliding door to the bathroom looked also worn out and not kept up…..other than that: Excellent.

Serviceable, is the word that comes to mind. A room with a bed and a small bathroom. Elevators were super slow and visually, the hotel needs updating. Nice shop in the lobby.

Hot tub was out of order. This would have been a deal breaker for me had I known at the time of booking. Also there is plenty of room in the suites for queen sized beds. Why full sized beds?

Location was perfect. Staff incredibly helpful and nice!!! Sad that it’s rare these days but they were truly amazing. Carlos was our favorite waitor!! Exceptional human being . Just disappointed in the bathrooms. Subpar as to compared to the rest of the hotel. Pool deck and amenities were great!! We’ll definitely be back!

Charging parking for customers too much even the facility is deserted. Hard to in and out if the parking. Nothing around the hotel.

Hotel employee I’m not sure of her position in the hotel, was amazing. Friendly, professional, and very welcomed.

All staff were awesome!! The store in the lobby, pool and fire pits outside were awesome! Maybe add smart TV's in the rooms. Our room didn't feel as clean as we would have liked.
