Area was a little sketchy, front desk person not that friendly, weird people hanging out outside.

Booked a room two months in advance with a credit card. Arrived at the hotel tired after a long drive only to be told they'd overbooked and gave our room to someone else. Why make a reservation if they won't honor it?

The back building where we were offered a room was a bit run down, with what looked like abandoned vehicles in the lot. The room we were offered had a greasy headboard, dented front door, inside doors and walls were soiled in places and needed to be wiped down. Updated plank flooring on entry was loose, and edges of floors were soiled, bathtub grout moldy and rusty. Long hair from prior occupant present. Toilet hinges dirty. Lady at the front desk was super friendly. When we went back to complain about the room. She had no other rooms to give us, apologized and processed a refund. Might consider staying there again if front building rooms were available.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Nothing fancy but perfect for one night while traveling. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Hotel was very nice and clean, staff was very helpful, breakfast was good. The only drawback was the noise from the street and loud cars

Property is pretty well maintained. Nice, well lit sitting area in the front of the property, but that eliminates parking in front of the rooms, except at the back. There is no elevator. Our room was on the second floor, at the opposite end from the stairs. We were able to park at the back near the stairs, but still had to haul our luggage up the stairs and to the other end of the walk. Didn't see any luggage carts. Upon entering our room, it smelled like cat pee. The desk clerk gave us a can of air freshener, which helped. Other than that, the room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was so-so. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, grits, cereal. yogurt, fresh apples, coffee, juice. I didn't see any pastries. Staff is friendly. Free parking.

Ice was inconvenient in separate building and on 2nd floor. Would recommend an additional ice machine on 1 st level, since there is no elevator. Staff was friendly at check in.
-
Linen is smelly, roaches in the room, limited breakfast items. Not a good experience

I had made a reservation at this hotel for the weekend. On the day I needed to check in, I was dealing with a delayed flight all morning. I arrived at the hotel between 7 and 8 p.m. My spouse had called to inform them that my check-in would be later than expected, and they allowed it. I understand that the payment needs to be processed, but how can I expect that to happen when I had no internet access to transfer my funds for 8 hours? After being told that it was okay for me to check in later and for them to cancel my booking.

My star scoring is not fully reflective of my room stay. I was here only for the weekend. Had planned to stay for 2 nights and had to cancel for the second night. Thank God I did. I was not notified that the room I had reserved was not available and was put into an ada compliant room with double Queen beds when all I needed was a single king. I wasn't completely upset about that. Until I got to the room. The bathroom was disgusting. It had model and scum build up all over the shower. The bathroom door was dirty at the touch points as well as the wall and light switch. Honestly if I could have found a better location at a reasonable price I would have left right then. Given the price I paid to stay for a single night. Lord, why am I coming into a room with a bathroom that's filthy and covered in mold. Check your stay rates when you rooms look like this. Also notify your customers when a change like this is going to happen. Would be nice to get at least a partial refund on this. Not happy and I just feel gross staying in a room that dirty. I'll never be going back. If you want to see photos and video go check my Google review

The bathroom was not very clean. Our room was dated with carpet.

Bathroom was still dirty, room was musty smelling. They were doing roof maintenance which is understandable but there was no warning and they went till about 8 PM.

Not bad for a quick stay

Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Medium to firm bed. Room 244 has a STRONG smell of dog poop. I guess they charge a deposit to have you pet stay. BUT THEY NEED TO USE THAT MONEY TO CLEAN OR CHANGE THE CARPET. Breakfast was okay. Waffle machine, cereal, boiled eggs. Biscuits gravy.
