Fifth Season Suites

It was actually really clean.. Kind of a different setup.. But we enjoyed it.. They also had fresh breakfast.. All in all I gave them 5 stars.. I had nothing

TV control didn't work, so no TV. Serviceman that was promised never showed up. Gave up waiting for repair in order to watch TV at midnight. Huge issues with expedia mis booking. Expedia agreed to give authorization # to hotel, but hotel won't respond to expedia. 100% penalty for a room I never occupied. Manager not readily responding if at all to requests for help that have to be routed thru apathetic and un empowered staff. Bad experience with hotel and Expedia, there partner agent booking. Musty dated room. Poor lighting. Unwelcoming and unsecure registration lobby.

Ac did not work

Pros: Full kitchen. Fridge was a mid-size, and looked almost new. Nice to have a larger freezer that could actually refreeze ice packs. Bed/pillows were nice. Two TVs: one in the sitting area & bedroom. However, only one remote. It didn't work on the bedroom TV. Restaurants within walking distance. Cons: Old furniture(but with new cushions). Bathroom tub was backing up (water was bubbling up) a few times. Maintenance responded quickly. The tub never overflowed as the water would drained quickly. It was late, so I ask maint to just address it in the morning. I was leaving in the morning. Adequate parking, but some areas need repaved.

The breakfast was limited, but the eggs were fresh and the coffee was good.

If I could give a zero I would. The hotel rooms were disgusting. Water was backing up out of the tub. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Curtains were ripped. The floor was sticky. It was absolutely disgusting. I felt sorry for the little girl at the front desk.

On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and they did serve breakfast. Overall, I'd give it a 5/10. For a three-night stay, it wasn't too expensive, and i'd probably book again if I'm looking for something affordable.

It’s perfectly placed within walking distance to most restaurants and has a beautiful indoor pool

Enjoyed my stay..nice clean room plenty of space great refrigerator to keep my medicines cold. Overall I would stay there again. Oh had a great breakfast too.😋😋💞

The rooms are fine. Overall pretty decent. The parking lot is in terrible condition and the local denizens are super sketchy. This place needs LOTS of exterior cameras

Price is what you pay for I guess. Staff is very nice though. The only thing saving this 3 star rating.

My room reeked like cigarettes and the soap in the restroom for hair and body was completely empty

1st room AC was not working and front desk stated they had no other rooms Sent maintenance who had no clue they then found another room to move us to then the key cards would not work I had to go back to the desk two times. Only 1 elevator working. No ice machines working Poor stay

My room smelled weird and never cooled down it was insanely hot in there causing me to not be able to sleep and when checking in had to wait in like for 20+ min because front desk was taking with friends while I stood their waiting

I arrived fairly late and the property felt extremely sketchy, like a lot of people probably lived there week to week. There were people wandering around the halls carrying hard alcohol bottles. The entrances and exits were not well marked. The room I stayed in did not even have the curtain so people were able to see through the shears into my room. I arrived with a three year-old, which did not help. I had to drag my bag through a rough Gravel parking. It was just not a place I would ever stay with a child again. I do not recommend this to females traveling alone or with children. The pool was not operational and looked like it may not have been for a while.
