Anaheim Portofino Inn and Suites

The room wasn’t that clean plus I think it needs an update. The good thing is that is not far from Disneyland.

There is no room service for food as advertised either. We used Door Dash. There was no daily room cleaning. Coffee pot was a joke. Terrible coffee. The rooms badly need to be updated.

The location is perfect to go to Disneyland. The room is great for a family with the bunkbeds.

You literally have to pay for not only the hotel room and fees but parking too… and at the end… surprise! More resort fees. The rooms are outdated and you have to request it to be cleaned or to get towels. Mattress on bunk bed had yellow stain… just wasn’t what we thought we were paying for. Pics online look way better and are a bit misleading. But it is a great location near Disney and a lot of restaurants and stores.

We’ve stayed here for our past trips to Disney and staff is usually accommodating. We got in Wednesday evening, had a family suite. We called once to ask for towels and was told someone would bring them shortly. We called back a second time over an hour later and were told they were short staffed and if we can come and pick them up. This was now almost 11 and we were staying in the second building, we never went down and asked housekeeping when we seen them the next day if we can have more towels. She then brought them within 20 minutes. A family suite that sleeps 6+ should have more than 4 bath towels. We walked majority of our trip but the two times we needed to use the car we had to park in the parking garage and were told our room key would open it up when we left (after inserting ticket). Twice we had to call for service, tell them our room number, last name and which hotel we were staying to get out of parking garage.

Good value. Walking distance to Disneyland.

It was in a great location near Disney. It just needs to be updated a little and wish the sofa bed was more comfortable. Also was surprised they only clean rooms every 3 days. I do recommend this place because the price of the room was very reasonable.

It took a while for the room to get warm, the carpets were dirty , and the bathroom was small and wasn’t maintained well. The gym and only one of each of the weights and it wasn’t air conditioned.

The room is in serious need of an upgrade and there was no shade in the kids room so the lights from outside shined thru! It is time to remodel the property ASAP! Also did not like how house keeping only cleaned the rooms every three days, won’t b staying here ever again unless it’s remodeled.

Location Run down. The staff Was unprofessional and I had to ask twice for housekeeping, then when they finally came they didn’t do anything but leave more towels and take the trash

We love the Portofino. It’s perfect for family with kids and totally walkable to Disney!

The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, the walls were dirty, and even the sofa bed was missing proper bedding. Nothing looked like the photos advertised online. For the price we paid, the condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would never stay here again. Avoid this place if you expect a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel.
