Desert Palms Hotel & Suites

The rooms are clean and well maintained. My kids loved the towel animals that housekeeping left on the beds when we checked in. Breakfast was ok. Really appreciated the water and coffee bar in the lobby that was available day and night.

Thank you to all the staff! You where nice and helpful. Wife, son, and I had a great stay and it was because of you! Housekeeping is great! The hotel smells great and the rooms stay very clean!

Very clean facility; good breakfast; place of breakfast in 5th floor roof with nice view and beautiful weather; Only downside was the fee for parking.

First time staying in this hotel, I loved the room. My room was the one that had the bunk beds and they are way bigger than they looked in the pictures. Breakfast was the traditional continental, and the breakfast room was on the roof witch was kind of cool to be up there having breakfast. Well within walking distance of Disneyland. Hope to come back in the future.

The hotel staff and location were great! My only complain was the air conditioning. We got there and the highs were 87, the did not get cooler than 78 in the day time but finally cooled off at 2 am.

Everything was great! Pool is small but clean. Breakfast has a variety of things to eat and was good!

The rooms were well kept and the staff was very helpful when we checked in. When we needed any extra assistance or information they were more than helpful to step in and take care of it. Breakfast was great and the staff kept it replenished. Walking to Disneyland took us about 10/15 minutes which was so convenient.

I would only consider staying there if we were not facing the street (South side of the Bldg). I was also disappointed by the "parking fee" that was not on my "Expedia" quote.

The pool was enjoyable, and we had a great time using it. The only downside was the air conditioning—cooling was uneven. The kids’ room with bunk beds cooled quickly, but the main bedroom stayed warm until late at night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return in the future. It’s a solid choice for families, especially with kids, given the proximity to Disneyland and family-friendly amenities.

Beautiful hotel! Will definitely stay here again

The room was clean and spacious. Having the junior suite with the full over full bunk beds so our kids could sleep separately from us AND each other really helped us relax more after a long day at Disneyland. Sharing a queen bed was fine when they were younger, but not as easy as they get older. The breakfast was a huge spread and there were plenty of places to sit. It was also walkable to the parks. We will definitely stay here for future trips.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, was an easy walk to Disneyland, breakfast was included and had a lot of variety, will stay here again!

Breakfast was good but stops way too early. You have guests who were at Disneyland all day and get back to room super late and then get little sleep to get to breakfast before 10

Some positive mentions, a clean room, (maids clean daily), great free breakfast with a great variety of options, and convenient to the Disneyland park. Only issue was they tried to give us a room that would was not the room we booked and wouldn’t work for us, the manager took care of this with no issues. It was a nice stay.

Room was very clean and stocked. The clerk at front wasn't very helpful when we first arrived and was at his cellphone more than he was able to help us.

Thr room was a little smaller than I expected. But, overall it was a great stay. We would stay again for sure.
