Steph was amazing. The breakfast is a plus happy hour used to be better but is still OK. However, there were so many things wrong with our room. Our AC was not working. Our son stood next-door in the room his was working just fine. Our shower wouldn’t drain without holding the drain plug, and our toilet kept getting clogged in the middle of the night so nobody can use the restroom. Room 1105 for reference. With that, our room was extremely muggy, and with the broken AC on trying to get air, it was EXTREMELY loud.

It’s very convenient when we go to Disneyland and we’ve been here couple times. We’re comfortable being here. We haven’t been back since it was renovated and didn’t realize the changes. Everything looks good. It’s only the way how the buffet lines were handled. The staff/supervisor that manages the lines came a bit strong. Atleast speak nicer who are asking or to guests that doesn’t know where to go. It’s good that there’s someone to direct and guide but atleast be more gentle in speaking to us especially you are in a place where you talk to guests in person.
