When we tried to exchange our towels, we were told none were available, which is a basic service guests should be able to expect. The most concerning issue was the pool area. Every day there was a group of men gathered there smoking and leaving cigarette butts all over the property. They weren’t using the pool and were not directly bothering anyone, but their constant presence created an uncomfortable atmosphere. My daughters felt intimidated and chose not to use the pool during our stay. Between the broken air conditioning, lack of hot water, unpleasant room odor, inability to get clean towels, and the poorly maintained pool environment, this was not the experience we expected. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to families.

The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great if you love animals. Unfortunately, it also smells like every dog that has ever vacationed near Disneyland. 💙 The elevators looked like they were competing in a science experiment, complete with black gunk around the bottom and random candy wrappers for decoration. The room keys appeared to have been recycled since the opening day of the hotel, complete with mysterious grime. Instead of key card sleeves, we were handed Post-it notes, which honestly set the tone for the entire experience. Our room was supposedly for four people but came stocked with exactly one set of towels. Requests for additional towels were apparently considered ambitious. Other guests couldn’t even get their bedding. Outside, several parking spaces seemed permanently reserved for vehicles that looked like they hadn’t moved in months. Dog poop was scattered throughout the property, and the fire lane doubled as a long-term parking lot, making the loading zone nearly useless. As for amenities, don’t expect the basics. No complimentary toiletries, no dish soap, no pots or pans, and no way to wash anything if you actually planned to use the kitchenette. The best thing about this hotel was that it was near Disneyland, because after spending a day at the Happiest Place on Earth, coming back here really helped you appreciate Disney’s attention to detail.

The hotel staff is very good. Except for one guy, when he’s at the Lobby and you go to him for whatever reason looks like you are bothering. The on the go breakfast was very poor. Isn’t like the one they show in the photo. Only coffee and muffins but not enough. There were two days around 7:30 am wasn’t enough muffins and no coffee and they waited too long to refill it. The room was ok, was clean, the bed was comfortable enough. The microwave was dirty and the refrigerator was clean. Overall the hotel was good.

Clean room. Kitchen. A/C. Perfect for overnight and longer stays. Walking distance to Disneyland.

Parking was free (also free breakfast but I did not eat it) and we had a little kitchenette in our room with a full size fridge. The room was a little worn down but we were comfortable and felt safe for the most part. There was a very strange smell in our room and we didn’t know if it was from cleaner or from the pets before. Regardless, we got what we paid for and might stay here again.

Room was bare bones. No blow dryer or little bottle of shampoo and conditioner. I called about the hair dryer and had to go get it down at the front desk. Just seems like for $160/day it could have been better. Bathroom seemed gross. Nothing really looked clean. Motel 6 would have seem nicer and that’s says a lot.

The location was great It was so dirty, the beds were uncomfortable. The bath tub was dirty, the bathroom vanity had hair all over it. There was no iron available. No shampoo, just a weak bar of soap that leaves your skin dry as heck. Says there’s breakfast included but it’s only coffee and protein bars. Also we all came out with bug bites even tho the beds looked decent.

Close to disneyland. Comfortable beds. I have never stayed at an Extended Stay but it is not a hotel. You have a kitchenette but you have to get all utensils and cookware for a cost. They will clean your room for an additional fee. Our bathtub was dirty. The laundry room floor and the elevator area floors were dirty. Getting employees at the desk was difficult for check in and check out. I have never given a bad review to any hotel, this is a first.

The extended stay was a great stay. Very clean room and very comfy pillows. The best part was being able to have our fur babies there with us. Great having a kitchen very clean and worked good. The staffs Gabriel, Annellie and Will were all great very welcoming.

We found a dead bug in our bed. The room was unclean. And I’m waiting to see if I receive a refund. There was also pet hair under the bed. As well as a mildew smell in the entire room.

Hotel room given was not cleaned when we did checkin and upon request they again made us wait for 20 mins to clean and issue the room. No breakfast served except muffins which are terrible and coffee which was brewed 2 days back. Never going to this hotel again

Snotty staff, morning coffee was gone by 8 00 am, muffins were cold, to many dogs in the hotel, people smoking weed in the room, then they dropped my reservation and had to go to another place. A much better place. What else can I say ?

Literally the worst place i have ever stayed.

Everything perfect. Conditions are very good. It's very centrally located—you don't have to walk far to get to Disney.

Some of the staff there where okay and the location but there'd be days where I feel like staff really wasn't on top of things like help with more linens and wish everything was much cleaner. The fact that they don't have housekeeping on the daily basis and housekeeping was just not really as helpful. As they should I felt like I had to do everything myself like ask front desk for toiletries and towels which I felt like they where bothered every time I asked and sometimes didn't have it when I would ask. And not to mention a little to expensive for such cheap breakfast.

I purposely booked this room for the studio feature of the room. Having a 1 year old, a working refrigerator is essential as he needs to have milk as part of his nutrition. The fridge was broken during our stay…when reported tos gaff we were told “it’s fine.” The refrigerator was not getting cold causing not only the milk but all of our food to go bad. It was extremely disappointing.

Dirty toom, counters, bathrooms, my blankets had stains and to top it off there was abondoned dogs in the next room that they didn know what time the pound was picking up it was 9:00 pm
