Beds are super uncomfortable. But room was clean and overall hotel was clean and nice

I had stayed before and I had liked it. This time I was a little disappointed because my a/c didn't work when we got back from Disneyland. Also they didn't fill out the body lotion and they also told me they didn't clean the rm daily.

The room was overall nice and comfortable. However, the toilet was missing several parts, and it was a bit odd that the room didn’t have a dresser. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the pool because it was extremely crowded. There were several sports teams staying at the hotel, and they completely took over the pool area, making it very loud. While that’s not really the hotel’s fault, it definitely affected our experience. Overall, it was an okay stay.

room was not clean, last occupancy left dirty socks near floor of the bed which tells me that this hotel room was not vacuumed also there was hair in the folded towel the room is not soundproof we heard hall doors slamming all night until the next morning (no sleep if you stay here )

Very clean hotel and very accessible. Pay self parking available. Breakfast was good and adequate. Water pressure in the morning is less maybe due to lots of users. Otherwise it was a really good stay.

Cons: ice machine broke. Beds were not comfortable.

Clean and easy to navigate. Breakfast was also great! Ice machine on our floor was out, but otherwise everything was amazing

This hotel was very underwhelming. The staff was not very polite. The price was high for the quality.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot so it’s easy to get to Disneyland.
