Easy and clean. Staff was super nice

Most staff were amazing,the lady at checkout wanted to argue about why my room hadn’t been serviced. Literally the only down side ,everything and everyone else was amazing!

This is the perfect hotel for families. Spacious rooms, food on site (other options close by too), pool, jacuzzi, and splash pad. Super kind and helpful staff! We will visit again.

My spouse and I booked this one because we were traveling with my sister, and her three young kids, go to Disney. Overall? Not worth the money. This hotel is an easy uber ride away from SNA, which was great. The hotel itself was very clean and everything was in working order… except staff and their communication. We stayed four days, and each day, it was never serviced / housekept. The first day, we figured it was a fluke- no biggie. We called down to the front, and they said they would send someone up, and they did, but by that time, we were exhausted from the parks and just wanted to shower and sleep, so we just had them change the towels. Then it happened AGAIN the next day, and we called down, and the front desk couldn’t understand why we were frustrated. They offered to have someone come up and clean it, but they didn’t offer any remedy to make the situation better or to NOT let it happen again. Okay(ish) hotel to stay in to get to Disney, but don’t expect any level of service or extra care or comfort. Instead, you can drink a water bottle in your room for $4/piece and have dirty towels and linens. Not worth the money by a long shot.

Everything was clean & everyone we spoke to (not many because we weren’t there long) was helpful & polite.

Great location for proximity to the Disney parks (about a 10 minute walk to park entrances), but be cautious about the true total cost. Parking is valet only at $38 plus tax per night and breakfast is not included, starting at $15 per person. The rooms are spacious and clean but the floors are thin (we heard people walking above is at night). Sofa bed in our suite was not very comfortable and stiff. For a 2 weekday night stay at ($259 per night) my total came out to be $697 after parking and taxes. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the Anaheim resort area, it’s not as good as in terms of overall value. I probably would not choose this location again.
