The staff very nice

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Just disappointed they couldn’t accommodate our late check out but overall it was still a good experience.

We had a great stay. I loved having a kurig in the room. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very nice!

Great customer service, however the facilities had a strange scent and our room wasn’t very clean (residue in toilet and shower).

The rooms were clean and the playground was fun. The maintenance worker that walked into my room while I was napping I didn't have the top lock latched due to my family being at the pool. Never received any notification that worker would need to come to our room. Very uncomfortable as a woman.

It was very clean and close to Disneyland I understand the pool wrist bands are not replaced, however, when you ask the front desk they are rude about a customer asking. It is not what was said but how it was said. A little understanding goes a lomg way and the attitude in how you say things makes a huge difference in how the message is received.

FYI $30 parking per day added to rate.

My young kids loved this hotel! If they weren't at the parks they were in the pool and water park here!! Will definitely be back

This is the perfect property to stay at when going to Disneyland. It’s right across the street. It’s an 8 minute walk to the parks. If you want to watch the fireworks and not deal with the crowds the hotel has benches to sit on to watch them. The staff is friendly and helpful. The family suite was nice. One room with bunk beds and a couch that pulled out into another bed. It also has its own bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. It also has a television. The second bedroom has a television. A microwave and small fridge. A very comfortable bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again on our next Disneyland trip.

The floors were really dirty, The room and building had a really bad odor of fish, I’m currently pregnant and had to walk out because the smell was bad. The ac was not getting cold, the room felt humid. Not staying there again

Clean room, very spacious and the staff always very friendly. The water pressure wasn’t the best but they always had hot water!

Exceptional

The pool was good, plenty was pretty accessible. My booking called for a double room kind bed in hotels.com and I was given a single queen for my party of 3. We called back front desk to be told there is no such thing and to show them the confirmation. We were then give a 1 room double queen. Not what we were expecting.

Clean room, comfy bed! Would definitely stay here again. There was a mix up and we were charged twice for our stay but the staff was helpful in getting it resolved and even gave us free parking for the error.

Exceptional

The mini waterpark was a huge hit for my kids (8, 4, & 1yrs old). I liked how the room was set up with large countertop spaces and ease of parking. Beds and pillows were very comfortable after a long day at Disney. There was an issue with our hot water in our room so we were upgraded to a renovated room. Both rooms did not have a desk clock so I would add those to the rooms.
