It was a wonderful hotel! So roomy I can’t wait to go back!!

The toilet was definitely NOT bleached. You can see the black meldew under ring.

Clean room and staff was really nice.

The staff The overall facilities... very run down, very dirty, dead bugs all over ceilings near the elevator, smelly... for the price it was absolutely not worth it. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all awesome. Would never stay here again, though.

Won’t return and will not recommend to other people. My entire family of 12 all had rooms with you this week and won’t be returning.

Our stay was okay, we stayed for 5 days at Holiday Inn. Checking in was easy but as soon as we entered our room their was a horrible smell like rotten fish we called house keeping & the lady checked the fridge and there was blood inside the fridge… luckily we got to change rooms which we appreciate but later on during our stay our key cards were not working so we had to go get new cards. Other then that we were comfortable staying there short walking distance to the park which we loved.

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. We had a second floor suite. We had a toddler and two grandmothers in their late 70s. There was no elevator. Not sure how that is even possible. The pool water was dirty and the area unclean. During our three day stay the garbage was never taken from our room. We went through 7 sets of keys in 3 days. They kept deactivating. Room was very worn and not clean. Most of the pirate decorations in the room were broken or worn. Asked for more towels and they were never delivered. Secure door to enter our section of the hotel could be pulled open with no key.

The hotel charges $50.00 for early check in even though there are many clean rooms available. Parking is $34.00. They keep the $100 deposit for 5 days before returning it. I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

The staff was amazing when there was a plumbing issue in our room; they were able to get us into another room within 20 mins. Great location for disney

Comfortable beds. Very clean and modern. Had to put plug in bathroom basin to stop smell from drain.
