Super 7 Motel

Staff very friendly.

In my opinion this is a very special property because of its size and location. It is a small boutique motel located just a five minute walk to the packing district and city center, and just about a mile from Disneyland gate. There are tons of eateries and entertainment venues in the area which are all within a short walk or drive from the motel. The motel is quiet and the rooms are a nice size and always clean. I've never had a problem with noise or cleanliness in the past year and I stay at this property at least a few days a week. The staff has always been accommodating and is always available if needed. I've locked myself out of the room at 1:00 in the morning and someone in the office was immediately available to give me a replacement key. Super 7 Motel has become a second home for me and after many nights staying here, I really don't have anything overly critical or bad to say about it.

The motel is in an excellent location. The famous packing district is a 5 min. walk, Disneyland a 5 min. drive and Cntr City a ten minute walk. There are several large parks less than a mile away. I also love the quiet setting. The motel only has a small number of rooms which gives it an exclusive feel like a boutique hotel. With not that many people staying there, it is on the quieter side. I work from home a few hours a week and I'm easily distracted by noise. That place is perfect for me getting my work done. The staff are friendly and helpful. If there's something I need and it's reasonable, I can count on the staff getting it done. Thanks to David the manager, the place feels homey. L I don't like the fact that I cannot spend more time there.

The air conditioning didn’t work

SHOWER FIXTURES WERE OLD AND CORRODED AND HAD A CRACK IN THE DRAIN. NO HOT WATER AT ALL AT THE SINK. NO BLANKETS JUST A THIN SHEET WITH ANOTHER THIN SHEET I WAS FREEZING ALL NIGHT. ZERO AMENITIES EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE BARS OF SOAP. BED WAS HARD AND MADE NOISE EVERY TIME YOU MOVED. TOILET SEAT WAS BROKEN AND FALLING OFF. ROOM WAS CLEAN I CAN SAY THAT. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.

Don't stay here. It's not safe. The parking lot is tiny and tight. Room is dingy, dark. Pillows were small and lumpy. Asked for a couple more pillows because my daughter was staying in the room with me. I was told they didn't have anymore. The pillows were maybe a foot-long if even that. The towels were small, rough and dingy. What I asked for another set of towels they said I had to wait because they were in the washing machine. It was very noisy. There was a party or something going on outside our room. There were either door, slamming or gunshots outside. There was what appeared to be a bullet hole in the glass door of the office. The bathroom was big, but the bathtub was old. Take about 20 minutes for the hot water to kick in. If I had to say that there was an amenity it might be the fridge. The wall AC was super loud. Don't stay there it's not worth it.

The pillows were small and some of the drawers stayed open on the furniture. If you were to use the restroom during the night, it became a tripping hazard.

Was not happy with this place there was no blankets no locks on the windows bed was hard ac work sometimes no hot water took 20 minutes to get hot I ask to fix the bathroom light no 1 came to fix it

Room was dinghy, broken light bulb (with shards of glass still present. Uneven floors ..Parking lot was tight and not so accommodating for any larger vehicles

Close by to Disneyland. Was noisy the first night. Didn’t give us extra towels, never cleaned and we stayed 3 nights. Beds are not comfortable at all.

It's a bed for the night. No thrills, but gets the job done.

Room was clean. Beds were rock hard. Seems to be in a bad part of town. The ac was extremely loud and didn’t seem to be working properly. A lot of banging on the walls and floor of the up stairs unit. Strange sky painted on roof and a black light screwed to the wall was kinda strange. Tv was very far away from the beds and pretty small. Probably could have found a nicer place for the price than this one. Probably wouldn’t return.

Good, cheap motel in a decent location. Walking distance to some good restaurants, breweries and bars in downtown Anaheim. About a 10 min. Uber ride to Disneyland. The place is dated and pretty bare bones, but the room was clean enough and secure, bed was comfortable. Oretty bare bones as far as amenities go, nothing fancy. The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. I would stay here again if the price was right

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the air conditioning worked excellently. It was business-friendly.

Everytime i go the whole family goes above & beyond to make my stay as comfortable & peaceful as possible. They accommodate my every need! They are such gracious & whole hearted people, they make me feel like part of the family!!

Small and quaint. Not heavily trafficked The blackout light wasn’t working to have the ceiling light up. There was no bidet, but glad that there was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room.

Wonderful accommodating staff. Only a 15 minute bus ride from Disneyland. Room was very clean and had everything I needed.
