The room was nice and clean for the most part. Water pressure for the shower head was awful. Breakfast was good. The pool/pool area wasn’t very clean nor inviting. There seemed to be a lot of long term stays at this hotel.

The room did not meet the level of cleanliness and comfort I expected, and these issues negatively affected my stay. Hotels should ensure that rooms are thoroughly cleaned and properly stocked before guests check in. I hope management takes steps to improve housekeeping and quality control so future guests do not have a similar experience.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that some of the other guests had kids & dogs that seemed unsupervised. It seemed like they were long term guests, felt a little sketchy. Hanging out, smoking, stuff like that. Kids slamming balls right into the doors of the rooms, a dog running loose.

It was clean and convenient Breakfast was convenient but the ingredients were terrible to the point where it would almost be better not to offer breakfast. I’d just offer small healthy alternatives.

The staff was great from the front desk to the housekeeping, very friendly and easy to reach. If I had an issue it was taken care of very quickly. compared to the manyhotels that I’ve stayed at , [my boyfriend delivers RVs, pop-up trailers and other outdoor camping motor vehicles as a career] this one is probably my favorite and the one that I would recommend highly to everyone.

Couldn’t mirror phone to tv so television options were limited Coffee is not good, breakfast was as expected but limited Halls and elevators were dirty Not sure how this place rates 9.0 and “wonderful” It’s more like a 7.0 On the positive, mattress, pillows, and bedding were good and room was clean Clerk at check in had a personable demeanor and was friendly and helpful

We loved our stay and plan on coming back. Pool was fun and fantastic. The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The building and room was nice and when it is finished will be awesome. When I wasn't interested in buying a bottle of water the front desk did give me a free bottle. The coffee was not good at all. There was a lack of free water and coffee outside breskfast hours. Usually at other hotels there is tea and other simple free ammenities for guests to enjoy. We needed access to the metra to go into the city and it was an expensive Uber. I vould have stayed closer to the train, but really wanted to stay at this hotel.
