It’s my hotel of choice each time I visit Washington DC because it is very close but not as expensive as the ones in DC. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is satisfactory.

Room was in total disrepair mold In shower stains on ceiling and walls

The shower didn’t work and the carpet had stains all over it.

The bath was silly and had no plug, but the shower was good. Seemed odd to pay a deposit, specifically as i have no pet nor do I smoke.

Bedbugs, musty smells, stained mattresses, dirty carpets, breakfast was in a separate hotel lobby so we skipped that altogether. We left as soon as we could and will never return. Needs a serious deep clean and updates because that was a hotel price for a motel stay.

Denied entry and requested 200$ additional cash deposit and not refunded what i paid already thru Expedia

Stayed here for Marine Corps Marathon. The room was clean, convenient, comfortable and economical. The hot breakfast buffet was better than expected. Would stay here every time I come to DC. You do need a car to get to and from the Metro.

Staff was generally helpful. The facility is old, and in need of more maintenance/upkeep! Our room was somewhat clean. One Bathroom sink faucet was improperly installed and difficult to were both in need of repair. Bathroom floor was very dirty around baseboards and in corners. No safety mat inside tub/shower made for risky showering. We saw 2 rats running across the property a few doors down. Breakfast was a short walk to the adjacent Comfort Inn, and food was mostly good. The waffle batter seemed to have an unusually thin consistency and waffles failed to be fully cooked and runny center after timed griddle cycle was complete.

You can tell the hotel is an older one, and it could use a little TLC to get it up to par... But overall, it wasn't a bad place at all.

The hotel is in very poor condition . Our room had a broken door lock, mold in the bathroom shower & toilet. The photos are very misleading. It is a very rundown property

Dirty old motel. Stairs leading to our room were a hazard, should have been blocked off. Was woken up at 6 am by an irate man yelling at someone for an hour and half. Breakfast was at another hotel, didn't even bother with it. Cheapest rate around the area. Should have known better but for $189 I would think it was nicer. Next time will upgrade my choice.
