The staff was super friendly, check in and out were smooth. The location was awesome and super central to all these downtown happenings. We walked next door to their sister hotel and had dinner watching the most amazing sunset on the rooftop restaurant. 5/5 stars!!

We had an amazing stay in. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The air conditioning system kept tripping and the room was heard through out the night making it difficult to sleep

Everything was great, a staff were very nice and helpful. The only complain I have was the parking. We had to drive all the way around the back of the hotel and drag our bags all the way around to the front.

Staff was great! Bar was nice the only issue was the patio furniture was. Little moldy from all the water and nothing to shield it from the rain. Since it is thick and nicely cushioned it takes a while to dry so it gets moldy

Cons: Rooftop bar was never open, bathroom door in room didn't close all the way even after a repair; lights in room were wonky and hard to control.

Great location! They sent directions for parking beforehand, so it was a convenient process to check in and get parked. The room was excellent. We were upgraded to a cabana and even though there were people yelling on the pool deck until late, we did not hear anything in our room. We would stay here again!

Was a very nice hotel, in a good area of downtown. The rooms weren't the cleanest I have seen, some stains on bed sheets and pillows were visible. The checkin/check out process was swift and friendly.

Area is overhyped and overpriced. Charging NYC prices for a town where there isn't much to do. There are far better places to visit and spend your money

First time in Asheville and this hotel was the perfect location to explore downtown. Alot of walkable stuff to check out and close to River Arts District. We stayed in one of the rooms by the pool and we loved it! Would definitely recommend!
