Great location with awesome shower. Rooms were on the smaller side.

Plain and simple....a very cool hotel. Great location, amazing staff, cool vibe, and just a neat place to spend a weekend.
-
Beautiful building but you can hear everything outside. We woke up multiple times from homeless people screaming and fighting outside the building.

The really cool thing about flat iron hotel. Is it's like a museum? And the fact that it's so historical, the place is very clean. The staff is super helpful and the restaurants and the bars are top.Notch, this place is so nice to stay at my wife and I had a very romantic getaway for our anniversary, and I would recommend this place to anybody.

Special touches are left in the immaculate rooms, as well as, recognition in the hotel restaurant, Luminosa, for for special occasions like birthdays and anniversarys. Love the beverage station on each floor and fascinating historical notes for the hotel restoration. For a former office building in the shape of a flat iron and now a hotel, some rooms are a little tight but the beautiful views make you quickly forget! Treat yourself to a great stay in Asheville...we are already planning our return!

This hotel is truly an amazing treasure only to be understood by the experience.

While the property itself is beautifully done--with thoughtful fixtures and an artful appearance--along with an ideal location within steps of restaurants and shops--the service and staff are in need of improvement. After driving 7.5 hours and arriving right at check in time (4pm), I was told my room wasn't yet ready. The staff suggested I walk around and come back in awhile. I asked if the hotel could text when my room was ready. They agreed and took my details. An hour later--now 5pm--I returned the hotel even though I hadn't received a text. My room had "just become ready." Had all of this been delivered with explanation or apology, I would be totally fine--these things happen--but instead the front desk seemed confused why I was less than thrilled. It wasn't a good first impression--especially for a bespoke boutique hotel.

The hotel is so cool! The staff is fantastic! There is a younger gentleman and lady that were awesome!!! I came back to the hotel Wednesday evening and ended up talking to them for a bit. I wish I got their names. Love it and will return

Great location for exploring downtown on foot.
-
Great location and great boutique type hotel. Would’ve preferred something other than instant coffee though. Also the front desk staff had no recommendations as to sightseeing.
-
Breakfast sandwiches were wonderful, but expensive. Coffee pods were scarce though, which was not good. Room was very comfortable and beautiful. coffee situation

Great location and great place to stay
-
Amazing little hotel. Go for the location and cuteness, but stay for the shower. What water pressure!
-
No Bloody Marys
-
Roof top was great!

Very helpful and courteous.

Will be back

I loved how well they restored the building. They kept the historical charm and features that were existing in the building. You had to park in a parking garage (pay $15/day) down the street, find street parking or used the valet. The valet was an additional $30 a day and didn't seem worth it for me.

Beautifully restored historic hotel, exceptional staff and service. Impeccably clean. Perfect location, easy walking distance to everything downtown.
