I enjoyed my stay overall here. The staff was friendly, especially Ms Yolanda at the front desk. The room and hotel could use a deep cleaning. It wasn’t nasty, by any means, but there were stains on the walls, hair on the floor of the bathroom, and the pool didn’t appear to be cleaned when we used it one morning and saw the same trash floating in it(it was someone’s false eye lashes). They served a really nice continental breakfast as well.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The bed was comfortable with perfect pillows. The air conditioning was not comfortable at all. It was very warm. There was a window unit in one of the bedrooms which really helped in that room, but the main unit did not cool much at all. I It sounded like water dripping in the wall between the kitchen and bathroom and the vanity light would flash off and on.

I was able to get a two bedroom two bathroom room for a very resonable price. It was nice and it was clean. If I had a gripe it would be that it was a little warm in there and the AC thermostat caps off at 68, however it felt more like it was 74 in there. The AC and also the shower curtain kept coming off. Other than that it was great!

The rooms smelled of mold there was a obvious leak in the ceiling and shower curtains had not been wash.

The property was at the perfect location. There was mold all under the kitchen sink. They spray painted it black to try to cover it rather than fix the issue. Addressed with management

Location is good They shouldn’t be charging you for parking. Other hotels they won’t charge you for parking but Residence inn they charge you $12 per night which is not fare.
