They need to manage better the valet parking example at one point on Saturday is no way to get there a lot car in the lobby… and no pool towel available in the pool area.
-
The lobby is very spacious and exquisitely furnished for an upscale area like Buckhead. The proximity to everything I was in town for was also a blessing. I had thought breakfast was complimentary, but it wasn’t, I must have missed that when booking. Otherwise, I was happy with the overall service except one encounter where a staff member was impatient and unhelpful, she blamed it on having worked 12 hours straight….that is no excuse but I’ll let the hotel deal with managing the burnout of its staff.

The location is good.

The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could but the hotel’s staffing model and customs are poor at best. It took us two hours to check-in our room. There were only two front desk staff working and they were trying their best. We parked valet, however, none of the valet worker were present to receive the keys. We were told to leave the key with the front desk clerk. Not surprisingly, valet had trouble finding my car the next day. Surprisingly, the fiasco of not being able to find my car right away occurred every single time we left the hotel. We were late to an event on Saturday and this level of service is completely unacceptable. The hotel is not well maintained. It’s outdated and needs a deep clean and paint. We were trying to relax and watch TV and the internet kept going out and knocking us out of Netflix. This has to be in the top two of my worst hotel stays.

The room had a smell in it other that was my only problem overall great stay

This hotel cannot be 4 star, there is no way! The rooms are crazy dated, the bathtub was almost unusable , will never come back. Also the self parking is like a scam: they ask $45 for overnight parking but if you want to in and out you have to pay $20 every time! Or have to pay $55 for valet service

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The hotel and room was very clean. The valet team were great and super nice.
-
Great room! Polite and speedy valet staff and beautiful hotel!
-
Price of parking is too expensive. The ac in the room would not go below 76 so it was a very uncomfortable night.
-
The hotel was super clean and room spotless.

Everyhing was very clean

Clean room, nice staff! Excellent location. Some great stores in area.
-
right next to the train which was very nice and close to the conference center

They only clean the room every 3 days. So I asked for clean towels and they took hours before I had to call again. Then they finally brought it. They only have a shared microwave and it didn’t work. Also the 2 beds are double beds, not queens. And it was extremely close to the wall. So if you drop something- it’s lost forever. And your foot will keep hitting the wall. Good location if you’re going to the mall.

Upon arrival, I was hassled about valet parking. They insisted that I had to do it right then and that self parking wasn’t an option. I corrected them and said it is an option, one that I will be doing. They then tried to utilize fear tactics about the cost of self parking vs paying the valet fee you get unlimited in and out access. Mind you I was only trying to check in and then IMMEDIATELY leave the hotel to make it to an event. I spent more time being harassed by the valet than it took to check in and go check my room out for an extremely brief (didn’t even have time to take bags up because of the valet incident) check. The person at the front desk was polite. I explained the issue I had outside, she just said “yes they can get a little aggressive”. Then she explained self parking, where she then tried to tell me I would be charged more than valet if I went over 8hrs… The room itself was clean but there is no fridge, no microwave, and the bathroom facilities are abysmal. They didn’t even have all the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in there properly. Found all this out when I returned my event. Upon check out, I asked about my deposit and they said “oh it’s being returned minus the parking” to which I then had to correct them and inform I self parked and am paying at that kiosk. They wanted to charge 45 but I only paid 30 at the kiosk due to being out before 8hrs. That 8hrs that they swore I would be charged 65 to scare me into valet parking. Worst Wyndham.

Very cheap

Loved the Greek Salad and crispy calamari...beautiful dish
-
The rooms are outdated, someone never came to clean the room and breakfast was hard to navigate with someone assigned to service you vs having a buffet continental style breakfast

The lobby was nice until you get upstairs in the rooms. They are extremely old and outdated. The carpet was dirty and had lots of stains, the curtains were dirty, spider webs on the door handle. The tub faucet was loose and lopsided. The tv did not work, the shower curtains were too short and wouldnt completely close and also they were dirty

Very professional and accommodating. It felt like a mini vacation even though I am from Atlanta.
