Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Augusta at I-20, GA

The property is very dirty. I could not get towels for the three days. I was there. I had to actually take some pool towels and then we went to the pool the next day all the towels were not stocked. The floors were very wet trash is all around the property the toilet was leak leaking I also have a video that’s too long to post of how trashy the property was trash all around just dumped everywhere no one would clean it up came out to my car which I don’t care if it was a a Corsica, but I definitely didn’t want all that trash around my Porsche

Mattress was a little stiff. Besides that, everything was great.

The girl on 2nd shift was very friendly

Their entry door to the lobby did not lock at night, therefore once I checked out of my room at 5am to get on the road to my final destination, I walked my service dog and then I had to use the restroom, but their bathrooms were locked till management would get there because of them not wanting non customers using their facilities coming off the street!!!

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Texas Roadhouse was next to the hotel which was a plus because we could walk there without driving there. We were close to the stores and restaurants.

This was an impromptu trip. Hotel was very convenient. Room was clean amd iy was very quiet. Family stayed on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was ok. Not much of a variety.

Clean and very roomy. Great central location. Loved the free appetizer and discount for the restaurant right beside hotel. Breakfast could have been a little better.

The Internet service was slow and intermittent. There were no benches under the either of the two gazebos for people to sit.

Clean, enough towels provided, convenient to the circle k Tiny pool, shower pressure was good but no handheld shower head. Could use better tile work and repairs, bathroom door wouldn’t close.

We stayed here specifically to use the "heated" indoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool water was freezing cold, and when I asked them to turn the pool heater up, they said the heater was broken. Additionally, all of the rooms and hallways smelled musty or moldy, and, at night, no matter how low I set the air conditioner, it did not seem to cool the room. I had originally planned to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, but I left after 1 night.

The hotel is as anticipated with the relatively affordable price. Location is a little tricky to find.

Everything was great all two times i went.Customer service was awesome. I called down to the front desk lady and asked for some tooth brushes and she brought them to my room. The beds were fresh and the linen was very clean. I felt safe and the surrounding rooms were quiet Breakfast was great and easy accessible and the oool area was clean . I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and anyone who wants a great hotel with all the great amenities.

The staff knocking on the door early in the morning 9:30am asking me was I staying over when checkout time is at 12. I was awakened from my sleep unnecessarily.

Dirty, bathtub didn't have a stopper, so my 3 year old had to shower, which he hated; I was told someone would come check the tub, no one showed up

Front desk employee, India, was very pleasant and helpful.
