Carpet was filthy. Looked clean but a walk across the carpet and my feet were black. Maybe try changing to flooring rather than carpet

Negative points - No amenities - not in the room (no coffee) nor in the lobby (continental type breakfast). Room air conditioner struggled but finally cooled room off around midnight. Curtains could not be fully closed from outside lights unless you used the masking tape stuck on the wall. Blankets were washed as evidenced by the lumps of batting.

This is a good place to stay for the price.

Room was clean and cared for. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure. No smoke or marijuana smell. All in all, very nice for a budget hotel. Clearly an old budget hotel from exterior. No breakfast (new owner is waiting for food permit). Was unsure if I made a good choice until I saw how clean and nice the room was.

It was convenient to places I wanted to visit. Staff there was great but apparently booking.com was a waste of time. You didn’t bother to tell Banks inn that my husband has no legs & needed a handicap shower. They did not have that type of room available. I tried to call other places but none had what we needed. No working ice machine ….

This hotel has very serious problems. Tenant 130 is very rowdy. Loud music all night, doing drugs and drinking not letting tenants sleep. This is a terrible place to stay i will not recommend. This tenant alone will make this motel lose business. The owner cannot control his unruly behavior. Very bad motel stay away. Somewhat clean but the atmosphere is terrible with people like this.
