It was I expensive compared to other places during masters week Very run down
-
Worst place I have ever stayed! It should be shut down! The only thing it has going for it is its proximity to Augusta National. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Staff, location. Rooms need upgrading.

The Knights Inn definitely has its issues, but it was perfect for our boys trip to the Masters. I don't want to give away too many spoilers, but bring some air freshener and a bath towel (they ones provided are too small to dry a human person properly) and that will get you started.

Always nice to have a free breakfast to get going. Basic but good. Great location, especially if you’re going to the Madters. The carpet was very tired and a bit scary, but the bathroom was clean and the water was warm. The bath towels were also very tired. Thankfully, we brought our own. The bathroom door wouldn’t latch and the toilet dripped off and on all night. And our door didn’t have the extra security lock.

Price. We stayed during Masters. The big chains were gouging. A Hampton inn- 1k night??

Close if your going to the masters Our room was covered in fruit flys, the floors and shower felt like they were going to fall through, the room had a terrible smell and the door was broken

The lady at the desk was awesome, very kind and caring. She was able to move me when the toliet stopped working. I had booked the stay for 2 days. I didn't find out until after I booked that the pool was closed and also no breakfast, which was the 2 things that I looked for when booking the room. They send me an email after I booked stating due to Covid. Covid has been over for some time now. I am not sure if it is due to understaffing but they need to update the hotel and take the information off the books that they do not accommodate these amenities. I first had to ask for toliet paper because there was none in the room. Then I had to ask for a remote for the TV. She brought one with no backing to hold the batteries. The commode stopped working so I had to move rooms on the 2nd day. The water wouldn't pump into the back, so not sure what happened there. The downfall was that the rooms do not have the fridge plugged up so I had to start over with cooling the fridge again along with the air conditioner was also off so the room was hot. The second room was worse because the AC didn't turn off , there was no thermostate so it was either on or off. When I came back from a funeral (that was the reason for my trip) the room was 63 degrees and it was so cold. I had no idea or I wouldn't have left it on. On a good note, there was no bugs to be found!

Prolixity to Golf Course needs an update

The location to Augusta National is excellent. The motel is very quiet and convenient. I have stayed here before and knew what to expect however this time the room had a leaky shower handle. It is probably just a washer that needs replaced. I managed to use the shower curtain as a makeshift fix so the water wouldn't run out onto the floor. Being Masters week, I dealt with it because I figured there were no more rooms available.
