Clean and courteous Nothing to report

We like the location getting to and from the freeway, and area of restaurants/shops. The breakfast (eggs & sausage) didn't look appetizing. Scrambled eggs and link sausages would have been better.

Great place to stay I’ve been here numerous times always very clean and friendly staff. Will continue to stay when in Bakersfield.

We typically stay here when going through Bakersfield because the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the food is good. And usually we leave a 5 star rating. However, this time our king-size bed was quite disappointing. It was beyond soft. It was more like a beanbag or hammock—way below Hampton’s standards. Paying $200 for the night, one would expect a very comfortable bed commiserate with the price, rather than being uncomfortable and constantly having to adjust your body.

I have stayed at this property several times. The rooms are clean and contact with the staff is exceptional. Only 2 small issues occurred this time, June of 2026. Asked for maid service at the front desk and no one ever came. No call or explanation. One of the elevator floors had black spots or smears which needed to be scrubbed. Otherwise this is a good place to stay. Quiet and safe.

New Rooms. Clean and roomy. Reception/Front desk never said a word to me. But I guess you can say it works both ways. Nevertheless, we're guests in their hotel.

The woman at the desk that works mornings I think should not work here. We came in early which was fine we were willing to wait and she said that that room would not be available until after 3:00 so we came back at 3:05 and I'm guessing that was shift change. So she deliverly pawned us off on that other woman and that other woman deserves every bit of credit I can give her but back to the morning girl she was very unprofessional when I came up to the desk she didn't even look up she just said yeah. Other than that unprofessional woman everything else was great.
