I love it looks like apartments and well kept on the outside. Overall my stay was great. I didn’t like that I was unable to connect my Xbox to the WiFi but my hotspot came in clutch. Other than that once renovated they will be amazing.

Location Friendly staff Pet friendly

Staff were helpful, first room smelled heavily of chemicals to the point of eyes watering. They did give us another room, TV was old and had line going up the side. Couch seemed cheap and not comfortable. Beds were good. They said the property was getting renovated this year, I would not come back until after the renovation.

Very dated interior. Worn furniture. Terrible lighting. Dirty spots (opened curtains and found two used straws on floor).

The location was convenient after a long drive. The customer service was extremely disappointing. I arrived around 11:00 PM with children after a long road trip and presented my official temporary DMV driver license because my physical ID had been stolen. Despite this being an official DMV-issued document, the front desk refused to accept it and initially refused to check us in. Instead of trying to help or offering any reasonable solution, they insisted that I contact Booking and completely change the reservation into another guest’s name because that person had a physical ID. We spent nearly an hour at midnight dealing with this stressful situation while exhausted from the road. The staff repeatedly blamed “manager policy” and showed no empathy or willingness to assist. Additionally, the property itself did not match the photos shown online. The pictures on Booking appear outdated and make the hotel look much newer and better maintained than it actually is. The room cleanliness was also below expectations.

The breakfast was great and so was the location - right off the freeway and on the way home from Sequoia. Loved that there were two bedrooms and two full bathrooms which was perfect for our group of four women We were looking forward to playing pickleball on the court but the net was unfortunately missing/broken. It would have been great if the pool also had a hot tub.

I liked the place for proximity to good eateries.

Dirty windows - but we had no time to look out of the windows anyways?

Breakfast choice superb - could even stay a bit longer than official time Dirty windows - but we had no time to look out of the windows anyways

Stayed in accessible room: outlets by bed were too lose to keep a charger. Accessible room did not have enough room around the bed for a wheelchair to move around safely. Bathroon was okay but would be awesome if the toiletry pumps were located by the actual bench. Breakfaat was okay with hot and cold options. I travel with a service dog andit is noce that they have an onsite dog park.

My husband, two children, dog and I stayed for one night. The woman at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had lots of thoughtful touches. We had a very good night's rest - the beds were super comfy.
-
The room was ok even if there was a strong smell in the room probably due to the fact that had not been used in a while.

Very clean and spacious rooms, can use some updates Quiet hotel. Great coffee and good breakfast, can use more items (fruits, bagels, sausage, potatoes) Centrally located, short drive to most of the attractions in Bakersfield.
