My wife and I visited Baltimore for the weekend to attend a couple of Orioles games and stayed here. Unfortunately, the experience was mixed and did not feel like a good value given the price. The first issue was parking. During check-in, I was told to scan a QR code and purchase a two-day parking pass. The charge went through on my bank account, but I never received any confirmation or email, and the system did not recognize my payment when I tried to leave the garage the next day. Thankfully, the parking attendant was extremely helpful, reviewed my bank transaction, and resolved the issue for me. The front desk experience was also disappointing. The employee who checked us in was not particularly helpful and came across as having an attitude. Later, when I asked about bottled water, I was told none could be provided and was directed to use a water fountain or fill a cup at the bar, despite cases of bottled water being visible behind the front desk. Thankfully, a staff member in the restaurant/bar area was kind enough to provide us with bottled water. The room itself was mostly clean and offered a great view of Camden Yards. However, I had to fix the shower head myself because it was loose, not flush with the wall, and stuck on one spray setting. I also found a small bug on the bedside lamp shade. Additionally, a vending machine dispensed the wrong item, and the machines were charging $3.75 for a soda or bottle of water. Overall for the price I expected better.

Great property

Everything was perfect ‼️

From check in to check out and everything in between- the experience was wonderful! We had a beautiful ballpark view, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean... cant say enough good things!

I only have one thing to honestly complain about. The room temperature in the room. There was only one vent and it was located all the way over by the window and very small. It never got lower than 71 in the room - which for our visit, when we left and came back was just fine. Even during the night it would not get any lower than that. We had to keep our curtains shut to help with it which did suck a little since we paid extra for a view of Camden Yards. Other than that, the stay was great! Just want to share for other hot nature people.

-
The amazing staff, clean room, the pool was clean and warm. The views of the stadium are spectacular!
-
Very nice motel with great view of the ballpark. Only negative is when we had breakfast buffet and then got the bill. And sadly the only thing that was good was the bacon. Over $70 for good bacon, rest of the food was cold and like rubber. Room, pool, and exercise room was all good

We stayed a weekend specifically for an Orioles game and to explore the inner harbor of Baltimore. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for these activities. Walk to the ballpark and the surrounding establishments, hop on the Charm City Circulator to take you into Fells Point and the light rail to and from BWI. Helpful staff, clean and spacious room with comfort. Highly recommended!

Didn't have breakfast. But hotel was very nice If they would've given me a bag of cash at check in

The property was majestic location was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I had to complain about something, it would be the service in the coffee shop. It wasn’t terrible, but it could’ve been better.
-
All good. So close to CFG Arena and felt safe in the area
-
Property location is perfect for a baseball game! Parking is convenient but overpriced! $50 for 1 night and it is not validated by the hotel.

The staff was amazing and so pleasant. Octavia treated us so well. The most memorable hotel stay yet. Highly recommend!!! Wish it had two queen beds rather than two double beds.
