I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Comfortable and large room. Helpful staff responsive. Ok breakfast. The area outside does not feel safe to walk around. Valet parking is $45.

Great hotel but be careful where you walk. One block in the wrong direction and you can find yourself in a bad neighborhood.

Our room was great! The staff was very friendly at the front desk and valet. We did have an issue with the shower, the knob that adjusts the water temperature did fall off mid shower. We did report this at checkout and the staff stated it would be fixed. Overall our stay was very good, the hotel is clean and the rooms are cozy. Unfortunately the area surrounding the hotel is not as inviting. There were police and fire sirens just about every night we stayed from morning to night. If you don’t plan on walking around the immediate area, and need a close place to stay for CFG arena, book here.
