We arrived at 3PM which we knew check was 4pm and the hotel listing did allow you to check in early for a fee. We waited in the lobby until until 4pm and got our key but the cleaning staff was still cleaning the room so we sat in the lobby for another 40 minutes waiting for it to be finished. Once we got in our room we were not able to get the TV to work. We called the desk staff, who was attentive to try to get it fixed and tried himself without success so called his repair staff while we went out to dinner. Upon return to the hotel, the front desk let us know that the TV was not able to be repaired. They offered us a different room but they did not have any other harbor view rooms. The desk staff that was there at our check in was also there then next morning and he could not have been nicer and apologetic. We did get a $25 credit when we checked out the next day.

The staff makes you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed -- plus the coffee maker makes a kick-ass Chai latte.

This place is the best in Fells Point. Everything is walkable and great food is down the street. Not to mention the coffee is great. Staff treated my two kids so well, made them feel at home.

Fresh fruit for yogurt etc was awesome! Also the lady working the breakfast area on Saturday was lovely! The pastries were meh- croissants didn’t seem fully cooked and were flat

Location was good, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Some hotel rooms overlook the marina which provides for a lovely outlook. Checking in caused confusion for receptionist. We were charged twice and still await refund 4 days later - we continue to chase. Initially we were given the wrong room and had to return to reception to remind them that we booked a room overlooking the marina. Then the room was set up for one guest not two. Air conditioning was so loud we had to turn it off throughout the night.

We had a great time at the hotel. It is always beautifully maintained. We had a large group of people and due to the weather wound up hanging in the hotel. Eric was on duty that night and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He was amazing and made our time even more enjoyable!

Great location. Room clean and comfy. Good breakfast and coffee machine available all day. Nice touch to have s’mores available in the evening. I had trouble with my TV, which wasn’t a major problem for me and I had to ring for a new hairdryer. This was resolved very fast.

Dislike policy of charging for early check-in.. We are guests, if you have a room ready. Let guests check-in and get settled. Don't hit with extra fees. People are traveling and tired and appreciate the accomodation.

This hotel is the quintessential spot to enjoy Fell's Point! Waterfront experience meets entertainment convenience. I plan to book a room here again in the near future. The staff are courteous, patient, and accommodating and made me feel like I was coming home every night. The rooms are delightful and comforting with ample space to stretch out your body and your belongings. I did not have time to enjoy my complimentary breakfast, but it sure looked good!
