Staff was great , but the cleanliness of the room was not so good ! There was mold in the bathroom and vents were covered in dust hanging down right where I was sleeping !

Pros Two room suites offered privacy Breakfast offerings were hot and well supplied Check in and out was quick and easy Pets allowed (I didn’t have one but saw many) Full kitchen Cons Photos on listing do not look like current state of property Room was never serviced by housekeeping during 3 night stay(no clean towels, trash collection, or room refresh) Fire alarm repeatedly went off if someone was taking a hot shower (front desk called and knew it was the likely culprit) Property is showing wear and tear. When asked for clean towels, I was told to come pick them up myself despite when I got to the front desk there were 3 employees loudly arguing and not working. Dresser drawers (in both bedrooms) did not stay closed because the foundation had shifted so much Living room sofa was overdue for replacement due to overuse. Electrical Plugs didn’t all work

There was an awful animal smell upon entering the room. I am recommending trees to be cut away from the building. The trees are blocking the numerical unit on the building. I am also recommending spider webs to clean off the stairwell outside and around the outer window panel. None of 5/6 outside landscape lights worked.

Overall it was very nice. Very clean I was very disappointed that some of the amenities that I paid for were not available. The pool was broke, and I couldn't use the firepit or grill. And even the pancake maker was. Broken. And yet they made sure to take the extra 100.00 for my small 8lb Yorkie.

Horrible roaches no clean lining couldn't get clean towels didn't clean the room said they could only do it if u stay longer than 7day .told us stop complaining or we could find somewhere else to stay .

Horrible never again no room service. They do not clean your room only if you stay seven days no clean towels. roaches is in the room. AC does not work television does not work fuzzy

Loved how quiet it was! You could also walk beautifully paved paths for as far as you wanted to go. No pool, which is why we chose this location. Staff was apologetic and did discount our room which was very helpful.

Disappointed is an understatement. I booked this room last year and was really looking forward to our stay. We stayed from Wednesday to Monday. It's the beginning of June so we were really looking forward to swimming during our stay, well that ended as soon as we checked in. When we checked in we were told that the Hotel was sold in Dec and the new owners did not have the pool up and running and it wouldn't be opened until July. It would have been nice to maybe get notified when amenities are removed especially when I paid as much as I did for the stay. Then we found out that they don't service the rooms but once a week and if we wanted fresh towels we would have to get them ourselves from the front desk which was fine but kinda odd that when you are booked for 5 days they don't freshen anything up. Then the breakfast was a joke. The waffle and pancake maker was broken so there was eggs and sausage. Whooohooo. But the biggest issue was the COCKROACHES!!!! We were told they were beetles and they were aware of the issue. Well I finally was able to get a picture of it and no it wasn't a beetle. They sent a Man up to spray it and he said that it was in face a cockroach. Then on the last night the TV went out and we called the front desk and they informed us they were switching TV companies and that might by why it went out. At check out we told them everything we were unhappy with and they just brushed it off and said it's the New Owners fault and they he would call us.

Having 2 separate rooms, each with their own bathroom was great, along with a kitchen.

The room smell, the table had broken legs, the pool was empty. We checked in, went into the room to check it out and decide to go to another hotel

I liked the breakfast. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The staff weren’t that friendly. The breakfast was late several times. They didn’t seem to care.

Was Down for Maintenance and not expected to be up for summer. But yet still advertise it is an amenity. They refuse to reschedule for any future date at their choice, or refund my payment. I would never book with that hotel or franchise

Cleanliness Nasty General Manager not a care in the world for someone going through things

The location was perfect for us. It also had a pond next door with some really good views of wildlife. The staff was not the friendliest staff and it was not as clean as some hotels.
