Decent room

Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and professional, the food was good, complementary Starbucks coffee was always available downstairs, which was great. We had a view of the Bay. An excellent restaurant was 3 min walking distance along the lagoon and Bay. Hotel was close to the airport and a shuttle was provided which was very convenient. The only negative I can think of is that the pool was very small, Indoors and in a stuffy room, other than that I would stay there again and recommend this hotel to others.

Beautiful view from our hotel window. The airport shuttle was on time and very convenient. Nice breakfast. Large hotel room with a comfortable bed.

The rooms are very old and not updated, feels really nice outside but the rooms are very average. The front desk people are a hit or miss, some are nice and helpful and others have an attitude like they dont want to be there and dont give you any information for your stay that you should get when you check in, like how the parking works. I didnt know til we checked out that they charge for parking and you just use your room key to get in and out of the parking garage, so I was paying everytime to go in and out and still got charged for parking out of the deposit they charge upon arrival. The lady that checked us in did not give us this information, she didnt even try to have conversation while checking and just handed us the key and said what floor we were on. The view, wasnt very spectacular like the photos showed on the bay view rooms.

Our go to stay when catching a flight at the SF airport. Have stayed at other locations near airport but decided this is the most comfy and has a great price, park, waterfront and near a good restaurant walkable front the hotel.

I was surprised how good the food was, my family and I thought it would be just average and nothing memorable, however, it was very delicious.

Overnight parking for $40 per night is excessive. Most other hotel chains charge $20 in the area.

Rooms were clean, staff pleasant and there was a variety of food for Breakfast.

Nice hotel close to San Francisco Airport. Our room was well equipped and comfortable . We utilized the free shuttle service on arrival and departure which was great. We enjoyed the nice walking trail next to the hotel that overlooks the bay.

Close to the airport with a shuttle. Spacious rooms which were clean. Staff very friendly. Nice view from our room on 14th floor. Shuttle stops at 12:30am. Our flight was delayed and an uber was very expensive, despite the short distance from the terminal to the hotel. Just something to note.

The customer service, the view of room how clean it was and the area and the parking was easy for in a out. That it wasn't a microwave for the leftovers that you buy at restaurant cause the portions are a fair amount but it was 1down stairs.

The room is clean, the staff are nice and the food in the restaurant is excellent. However the shuttle driver was not polite and his behavior was not professional. This was the only bad experience we had.

Breakfast was way too expensive, also the courtesy shuttle sometimes took a lot longer than 30 min, traffic maybe?
