We had a very comfortable stay here. Rooms and hotel were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. For the price, it was a very good value.

The room is spacious and mostly has a nice layout. The location of the hotel is good for people with a car. Free and adequate parking spaces (when I was there.) Generally, the hotel seemed adequately clean. Breakfast was adequate and probably has something for most people. There was an issue with the hotel rate and I was charged a lot more than I should have been because the front desk clerk made a mistake and charged me the hotel's fee (that does not match with Booking.com's fee.) When I alerted the front desk to this, they said they would fix it and I would be refunded the difference. I was sent a receipt that mentions the correct fee I was quoted on Booking.com, but I have yet to receive a refund. The bed was really uncomfortable and I barely got any sleep in it. The layout of the bathroom is really uncomfortable and inconvenient. The door opens inward only a few hairs away from the toilet. The shower water pressure is somewhat weak. I don't recommend using the WiFi for personal financial matters because the connection seems really unsecure. The cybersecurity protocols in place here are questionable. *Update: The charge was amended and I was refunded the difference.

Everything was great, except my refrigerator wasn't working...but the maintenance came and adjusted the setting and was professional...

We have used this property many times on our trips to Chicago. It is always well maintained and a great comfortable stay. The kids enjoy it also.
