We had a wonderful time here with the kids. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and well maintained
-
The whole ambiance and kid friendly atmosphere made this a very memorable trip.

They need to repair chips in walls and broken items, but the park staff is friendly and it is a fun place to be with your kids. It would be great if they had more pop badge and mini fig traders.

Just stay within the minimum characters I’m going to keep the compliment Short. I loved the amenities. They were fantastic and we had a terrific day. The reason I gave a four star instead of a five is because my husband had major surgery one week prior to the trip and I let them know upon arrival at 9 AM well before many many other people tried to check in that day for a 4 o’clock check-in. I wanted a room upgrade and I also wanted to pay the $65 for a 1 PM check-in instead of four because my husband was not going to last until 4 PM after the surgery that he had not only did they not let us check in until 4:15 PM that day, but they gave us a room at the very very end of a very long hallway after informing them of my husband’s condition but because we booked through Expedia third-party they absolutely did not care. I was willing to pay for a room upgrade and an early check-in and they declined both so I was not impressed with the check-in staff, but everything else was amazing. The breakfast, the dance party in the elevator the bell staff that took our luggage before check-in and when we checked out and weren’t ready to leave yet.

The hotel is very old and musty and needs a major face lift. The carpets in the rooms are terrible

We had a great stay! We loved how you literally walk out your doors to the park. The kids loved the dance party at the Legoland hotel. The playground and movie at the Castle hotel were so fun! We didn’t drive anywhere the entire time we were there because everything we needed was at the resort, including food!

Very fun for kids
-
What could be better is the restaurant the service at night was horrible. We had to wait a long time and still didn’t get what we wanted. This is the time they should be very efficient as your child is tired.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet included, it was ok. Lots of variety. My kids loved it. Walking distance to entrance was a huge plus.

The proximity to the park is very convenient. They have a lot of activities available to keep children entertained. The food at Bricks was okay, the service and setup were efficient. However, the hotel needs to be remodeled or deep cleaned thoroughly. It looks grimy and dirty all over. We stayed in an adventure themed room and as soon as you step out of the elevator, the smell is almost overwhelming. The carpet smells like dirt and mildew. The linens and towels smell like mildew as well. We saw a couple of earwigs in the room. I would not stay here again.

So much fun for the kids, which makes it fun for the adults too.

We had a lot of fun doing the various activities that were offered between the two hotels. There was plenty of different playgrounds and stations to keep us occupied. The breakfast was amazing, great food and lots of variety for picky eaters. Rooms were comfortable and stocked with plenty of supplies and legos.

Breakfast was good.

The immersive experience of this hotel alone made it worth it. But the staff make this hotel! The convenient location to the park is a huge plus also. The food is what lets this hotel down, overpriced and poor quality.

We had a wonderful stay at the LEGOLAND Castle Hotel for my son’s birthday! Everything was very clean, the pool was clean and well maintained, and the staff were amazing—so friendly, kind, and helpful. They even helped me with purchasing our tickets, which made everything much easier. Thank you for making our visit so special. We will definitely be back! 🏰🎂❤️
