It was clean and the breakfast area was very big. I was surprised they didn’t have pumps with shampoo and conditioner.

Super accommodating desk staff. The customer service person who answered our first call at your national 1/800 number was worse than useles. She gave us false and misleading information that forced us to stay on the road for 17 hours, pushing us to keep out first reservation in Casper, Wyoming, saying it couldn't be canceled with refund or transferred to a hotel closer to us on our route, because it was booked through a 3rd party. But she never volunteered the direct phone number to the hotel (I couldn't look it up while driving because no smart phone) and the desk clerk there told us he'd have been happy to cancel and refund our payment had we contacted him directly. This lady literally could have been indirectly responsible for causing a highway death or deaths. I'm 78 years old and blessed to be in good health, but you can imagine how fried I was after 17 hours in the car, on winding mountain roads from Calgary to Casper, because your customer service representative didn't have the common courtesy, or common sense, to suggest we call the hotel directly.
