When trying to use the media facilities, the front desk didn't know how to assist with machines that didn't work. Other front desk people were very helpful and understanding when we checked out earlier than anticipated. It was off putting to have to take out our own garbage and exchange dirty linen for clean. We'll read the fine print before we book next time.

Kind of a dump. Old and beat. Absolutely not worth the price. Holes in the sheets, dirty hallways and bathroom (my room had a broken toilet seat). This is one of those places it's pretty clear there isn't much attention to detail.

Extremely happy with my stay at MainStay Suites in Casper. All the staff were great and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Easy parking and there was always fresh coffee when I needed it. Will definitely visit again the next time I am in Casper!

The phone and TV didn’t work.Two of the five light bulbs were out. The shower curtain in the bathtub was too short so the bathroom was flooded after the shower. I had to use the towels to clean it up and they were not replaced so I didn’t have any towels for the second day. The coffee pot didn’t work either.

Room was clean and cozy. Pool, hot tub, and gym were clean. Pool and hot tub were handicap accessible. Staff was amazing, they went out of their way to help us ship something we picked up on our visit and couldn’t take on the plane. Did I mention clean, so clean. And quiet. It was a short stay but it was comfortable. Would stay again.

The air conditioning in the room did not work well. Over used chemicals in the pool.

Hotel was definitely more run down than when we had stayed a few years ago. Staff was a little less caring too.
