inside looked a lot better than outside.

Very well-maintained property! The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful at check-in. The rooms had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. All areas of the hotel were extremely clean and taken care of.

I loved the clean grounds and nice grass… the rooms were clean and felt secure The shower needed grab bars….being elderly the tall shower which was amazing except I needed a shower grab bar to get in and out

Great shower and it all easily went down the drain too! Both of utmost importance. Thought neighbors would be rowdy but I didn’t hear them at all in my room. Nothing.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure for the shower was good. Nice variety choices for breakfast. Only issue I had was in the morning when checking out she wouldn’t print my receipt stating I booked my room thru Expedia, only to find out the same person printed a receipt for my sister a few minutes before and she had also went thru Expedia.. otherwise everything else was fine.

Check-in was smoother than the gravy on the breakfast biscuits, and we were greeted with warm cookies—which is basically the hospitality equivalent of a hug from grandma. The next morning, breakfast came through clutch: waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and coffee that was not only drinkable but actually enjoyable. That’s a rare hotel breakfast achievement worthy of a standing ovation. The bed was comfortable enough that I briefly considered extending my stay indefinitely. Plenty of TV channels kept the remote busy, and the location is fantastic—surrounded by enough restaurants that deciding where to eat was the hardest part of the trip. Checkout may have been the easiest I’ve ever experienced. No lines, no hassle, no awkward front desk small talk. Just a quick text and a “piece out” as we hit the road. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, easy check-in and checkout, solid breakfast, and cookies. What more could you want? Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again—and yes, I’d come back for the cookies alone.

Staff was excellent. Pool was not warm enough to suit me but the kids had a good time. Water was perfectly maintained and clear.
