Location They have to change our room because there was water leaking down the Bathtub

There was a water leak across the hallway and the overnight repairs kept us awake all night. The following morning our room didn’t have any water pressure. There was no manager on scene and despite two messages, we were never contacted by anyone. Mistakes can definitely happen but the lack of communication was terrible.

The receptionist on arrival was warm and friendly. This always leaves a good impression. Breakfast offered the standard fare and the beds were comfortable.

Pool was torn up. Refrigerator was inop and did not get maid service during our stay!!

Site was being remodeled. Didn’t interfere with our stay though.

I received an email same day of check in, stating the hotel was under construction & the pool was no longer in service. I only booked the hotel so my daughters could swim. They sent us to their sister hotel but their pool was also out of service.

Location Lack of amenities (pool and exercise equipment outbid service)and lack of communication of remodeling going on.

I have issued a complaint and request for full reimbursement of the room rate. This is in my email chain, I assume. The room was clearly not ready for occupation after renovation. It is very difficult to deal with a situation like this after spending 10 hours on the road. A good night's sleep was necessary, not multiple trips to the front desk for help.

The hotel was under construction. Nothing was mentioned on the ratings or reviews. When we pulled up there a large dumpster with a pile of mattresses near the entrance. There was plastic wrapped around the entrance with boxes outside. The lobby had a fireplace that was partially removed. The breakfast area was under construction. The baseboards were all off. The elevator was wrapped in cardboard. The halls also had baseboard off for painting. I have never experienced anything like this. I am very disappointed in Fairfield Inn and have stayed there numerous times. My wife and I travel a fair amount, and she is a member of Marriot perks program.

The breakfast was good, staff friendly, overall the stay was good ? Wasn’t enough parking space also the handicap parking wasn’t available do to painting the building. ????

They went out of their way to celebrate a local university graduation with decorations and treats. I was impressed by the personal touches. Linens are tucked in too short.

Hotel was under construction/renovation. We requested housekeeping service once and they did not do the beds. Staff friendly.

I would never stay here under these conditions. I was too tired from driving to move to a different location. What a mess. Expedia you really failed on this one. Thanks for nothing. Why didn’t they close during construction?

The hotel was under renovation but it did not stop us from a good night's sleep and breakfast in the morning.
