Location was perfect for us as we were visiting friends who live nearby. It was easy to find and near many amenities.

First given a room not cleaned and had to wait for a different room but staff apologized and helpful

On top of that, the staff were not helpful at all when I tried to address the issue. Instead of resolving the problem, they made the situation more frustrating. Overall, the experience was very poor, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable & clean. The gym was also nice, even though it was going through some renovations.

The beds were comfy. The ability to easily DoorDash was good. There were convenience machines with food and drink options. It was under heavy construction, no restaurant or seating areas. The staff was rude. The building is dated and I could hear water or pipe sounds through the night that kept waking me up.

Excellent location for Bush international airport layover. Easy to take the underground train to and from the airport

no I asked for a late check out and they offered me 30 minutes. no offer of late check out paying. later I found out the tv was not working. after the maintenance personnel checked, it was clear that it could not be fixed. I would like to file for a refund
