Check in was easy, and friendly. The airport pickup/shuttle ends at 10:00 pm. It should say so up front.

The location is close to restaurants and drugstore. Coffee available anytime. Messages in the booking app are not replied. I was told by front desk that maybe the messages are not read by the responsible. Guests need to asks for housekeeping, but this is not informed during check in. Even after asking for housekeeping, it is not guaranteed it will happen. Front desk has limited autonomy to solve problems. Air conditioner is very noisy.

There is a shuttle to the airport, and I booked one place for myself at the time of check-in, a day before, for 11am. I have reminded the desk of my reservation at 9am, and been told to be ready 5 min before. At 10.50 I was told that there are too many people on shuttle bus, and there is no place for me, and I was advised to use taxi service. Extremely bad service, do not recommend

Our room was spacious and clean. Definitely weird where they put the toilet paper holder which is on your side when you sot down. Convenient to the airport, so would definitely stay again.
