The wifi wasn't good and you couldn't stream nextflix and other apps due to this...went to front desk and he said engineering would come check it out...they never came this was very disappointing...due to the expense of the say there

Pool is similar to pool at a motel 6 or something. Stay at the Indigo instead. Way better. Really good pool

I had a great stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. Breakfast was good, and the amenities were exactly as advertised. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Everyone and everything about our stay was was very enjoyable. Had a great time.

The room was dated but I expected that. Popcorn ceilings, old old furniture and carpet that made you wear something on your feet at all times. It just felt grimy. The best part of stay was Penthouse access to concierge service. Meals offered alot of options and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Best part of my stay.

Clean, good location. Enjoyed the restaurant.

Very old hotel, rooms small, popcorn ceiling, probably hasn’t been updated in 25 years, paint falling off building on the pool side portion, definitely not worth the amount I paid
-
Food options were a bit limited. Not a great menu for lunch or dinner.

From front desk, to valet, to bar and restaurant staff, I was underwhelmed by the service and attentiveness that I received. Actually walked out of an empty lobby restaurant because I was never greeted by a server. The Marriott should be better for 500.00/night. Lobby seemed disheveled most of the time, staff showed no enthusiasm and room was dated and small with next to zero amenities

Our stay was quite comfortable. The hotel grounds and our room was very well-kept. The staff was friendly and the food was great!

We definitely will be back!

I was shocked that they charge $18 a day to self park on the lot. No water in the room. No breakfast. Over priced with poor service. We stayed for two days and never received clean towels.

Bathrooms were extremely tight as well Expected marriott to be more spacious 8-10min ride to king st by uber

This property is undergoing a renovation and it's hard to tell that any progress is being made. The view from our window was a bunch of old toilets left sitting outside. The hallways and rooms smell like very strongly scented deodorizer, which attaches itself to everything you bring with you. They don't even offer free coffee in the lobby in the mornings but instead charge you $4 for a crappy cup of Starbucks. What makes it much worse is how overpriced the rooms are. There's nothing here worth paying $500 a night for.

We are Bonvoy members and exclusively book Marriott hotels. But we didn’t earn any points for our visit. This just didn’t meet their usual standards. However, the restaurant and bar were excellent, as were the wait staff.

The staff were super nice
