Utterly fantastic hotel suite right in the heart of downtown Charleston. Felt more like a townhouse than a hotel to be honest!! Plenty of space to spread out and make ourselves at home for our visit. Best all all, walk out the front door and you're across the street from the city market with a ton of great shopping/dining options in the surrounding streets.

The location was excellent and the staff was so nice. They always greeted us and answered all our questions. The room was clean and spacious.
-
The facility was very nice just not handicap friendly. My husband is handicapped bedroom upstairs as wall as the shower. No grab bars inches shower. We would not stay there again they also charged us a fee for staying there. Handicap friendly

This location was absolutely perfect for exploring Charleston! This is not a luxury hotel (you will see tiny things that should be taken care of, like a hole that is patched but not painted) but it feels safe and clean and the staff is nice. Also, we loved that the room was two floors with the kitchen and a secondary 1/2 bath on the first floor---a set-up that works perfectly if you have two people trying to get ready at the same time or two people with different sleeping patterns. I would absolutely stay here again!

Property was very nice. Bathroom in our room was very small. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Located in a good area for maneuvering the district.
-
Room was clean but definitely needs a refresh. Says parking available but only available if parking deck has spaces. They don't have reserved parking. Kitchen is a bonus if you are there for long period of time
-
Right in the center of so many fun things! The room pictures don’t do it justice; the two queen beds are upstairs with a full bathroom and a balcony and downstairs is a full kitchen, half bath, and pullout couch with small dining table. Would definitely stay here again.
-
Great central location with friendly and helpful staff.
-
Loved the courtyard.
-
The maintenance of the property was poor. Furniture was worn and stained, toilets leaked, sinks were coming off walls. Not the deluxe experience I'd expect given the price.
-
I am still owed my $100 deposit despite contacting multiple times.
-
So pretty! 2 floors-lots of stairs. Everything was lovely! Staff was helpful and friendly!
-
Best location in the city. Our room was great for a group of 3. Had a full kitchen and extra half bath which was perfect. Rooms are a bit dated but for the location it’s a great value.
-
Historical, charming. We loved the courtyard -- it was so peaceful & wonderful to hang out with our coffee and tea. All of the people working the desk were a pleasure to chat with and always greeted us when we walked in the door or were heading out. It was easy walking distance to so many great places to eat or drink. Try Charleston City Market, Pearlz & Magnolia's on East Bay, Dock Street Theater for Spoleto Festival, The Black Fedora Comedy Mystery Theatre.

The hotel was in the center of downtown and the staff was excellent. They all were friendly and very knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding city.
