Awesome Hotel!

I cannot say enough about The Loutrel. It was recommended by my daughter who stayed there last year. She said it was a hotel to remember and she was spot on! From the moment we walked in it felt special graced with Southern hospitality. The lobby/gathering area & bar was so beautifully decorated with so much natural light. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room and all common areas were so clean and spacious with large windows letting in natural light. The extras are the bomb! Finally a hotel that doesn’t add on for every little thing and includes more than you could imagine. There is wonderful variety of complimentary drinks & snacks waiting for you in your room & replenished daily. The Mezzanine Level has a bonus area with comfy couches providing an oasis for some quiet time if needed. This room includes more complimentary snacks, drinks, and an automated LaVazza machine. Daily snacks in the lobby once breakfast is cleared and fruited water & tea to refresh after coming back from your day out. Finally, “The Finest Hour” aka Happy Hour with complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres. I can’t say enough about the The Loutrel and it’s convenient location to everything. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Lovely boutique hotel in prime location. Tastefully decorated, friendly staff, convenient location near the city market and several restaurants, awesome valet service, nice bar with happy hour, 24 hour fitness center and snacks in the lounge. This is a 5+/5 hotel! Highly recommend! Ideal for friends traveling together or couples.

Great Spot

Beautiful new boutique hotel!!Staff was outstanding. Logan greeted us at front desk, prepared Hugo Spritz for our welcome toast! He was fabulous our entire stay. Recommended great restaurants. Room was beautiful. Everything on property immaculate!Location is unreal! Within walking distance to all the major sights. Highly recommend staying at The Loutrel. Liked it so much, this is the 1st review I've ever written,,,and we travel alot!

WONDERFUL stay here. Best hotel experience we have ever had in the U.S. This was our third visit to Charleston but first time staying here and will always do so in the future. So many special touches and wonderfully accommodating staff members. We were sad to leave. The Loutrel was magical and we cannot wait to return.

The hotel was perfect and I would definitely recommend and stay here again. The location can’t get any better. The rooms are beautiful and the bed comfortable. The amenities are included at the minibar. There is a happy hour outside on the rooftop with live music and a complete breakfast in the lobby. Hotel is located in the heart of the historic section.

Amanda was very helpful and the bartender Hannah was very pleasant. Would be nice to have quality toilet paper at such a nice hotel

WONDERFUL!!! This is the place to sat in Charleston. Beautiful. Great staff. Great amenities. Great location. One of the finest hotels we have stayed in.

The property is clean, modern and well equipped in terms of meeting facilities, gym and centrally located within walking distance to nice restaurants, bars and local attractions. The breakfast served is nice, ambience is good and I really enjoyed the nice turn over service at night with fresh coffee and cookies

I went on a girls trip, so we were excited to explore Charleston. The hotel was VERY clean and the staff was exceptional. The 4-5pm rooftop happy hour was beautiful... great live music, snacks and drinks. The lobby happy hour etc was also great. We found the whole experience exceeded our expectations and I would definitely return!
