Great Hotel, staff and LOCATION!!!! Location is in caps because I was searching for a hotel within walking distance to everything (art galleries, shops, restaurants, rainbow row, the battery, waterfront, open air market) and this hotel is. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. They even made excellent dinner recommendations.

Very nice establishment

Location and some of the staff. Overpriced parking (`$50/night), valet drivers that cannot operate a manual transmission, outdated rooms that are overpriced.

Location It was noisy. There was no free coffee. The coffee in my room was not restocked one morning. I had two broken glasses in my room. Something was left in the fridge from a previous occupant.

Valet parking is the easiest, Secure, and off the street. This courtyard has all the feel of a five star boutique hotel, five stars across the board. Staff incredibly friendly, location, perfect for downtown Charleston, particularly if you’d like to walk.

Enjoyed the stay. The staff was very helpful & friendly. Out of ice on my floor.

Valet service is terrific. Staff is mediocre, old rooms, small, out of date. Rooms were serviced daily but cleanliness was lacking. Breakfast was poor and expensive. I paid $6.15 for a diet Dr Pepper at the desk. Not worth what they charge d try Hampton Inn down the street.
