Family member had a poor experience with front desk when trying to extend stay.

M stay was great.. close to all shopping & restaurants

It was clean room and cold just way I like it

Booked a jetted tub room and property didn't even have ice machines broke staff was not friendly only thing clean was the bed sheets thank God

Clean, spacious room; night clerk verity helpful and accmodating; morning staff same. Easy access.

Clean, basic hotel room. Toilet paper and bath fixtures rusty, in disrepair. Poor shower water pressure. Hallways were very hot, despite mini split acs. Bed was hard. Ok for a night's sleep.

The room was fine. I did notice pests as soon as I walked out of the front sliding door. I was bitten by mosquitos by the pool and breakfast was not appealing, which would deter me from choosing this hotel again. The staff was helpful though.

In addition, when I asked for plasticware at the front desk, the staff member dismissively placed them on the desk without any courtesy or acknowledgment. In conclusion, the staff came across as rude and indifferent throughout our stay. They did not seem to care about their customers or take their concerns seriously. Good hospitality is not only about providing a room but also about treating guests with respect and addressing problems promptly. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

No complaints! Clean and comfortable room. A quiet stay. A quiet night's sleep. Amenities in 5 to 10 radius. Location back off main road / traffic. I would stay here again.

Near where you where I was going to Was hot in the hotel and in the room air wasn’t working the best

Rooms need to be remodeled. Carpet and wall was stained really bad, the tv looked smeared with paint. The way the parking lot is set up is terrible. The parking spots are so small and there is an Enterprise Rental right beside it where cars are lined up down the side of the street where the hotel is. I won’t be staying at another Comfort Inn. It wasn’t worth the price. For a few extra dollars I can stay at the Marriott or Hampton Inn where the rooms are way better.

Parking was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. First room we were put in the carpet was very dirty and had a funky smell. Air did not work and we had to switch rooms. Air was slightly better in the 2nd room but the cleanliness was still sub par. Also appeared to be a pool party going on at 1030 pm when we arrived back at the hotel. I am fairly certain that these were not even guest of the hotel as all the vehicles parked out back at the pool were gone in this morning. Would not stay here again mainly bc of the overall cleanliness of not only our room but the hotel as a whole.
