To the smell to the safety all was terrible terrible. If I can’t rate this place -minus something I would.

The staff were great The rooms were dated and could use some TLC

Checked with me every day just make sure whether or not I needed anything like towels or paper etc. It didn’t come with a Masseuse.

After being accounted we VERY quickly went up to the room, and after we turned the light on and saw bugs run we left! This is by far the worst hotel I've ever seen. We did not stay, they refused to give us a refund, but there was no chance we were staying. Sleeping in our car (NOT in that parking lot) was a safer and cleaner option. Please read the other reviews, especially the ones with pictures of the bugs and fire hazards in the rooms! I cant imagine why this hotel is still in business. Don't walk, RUN from this place.

Front desk clerk was very attentive. Atmosphere was terrible. People hanging around outside smoking. Room was supposed to be non smoking. As soon as I opened the door, that's all I smelt was smoke. I went back to front desk and decline to stay.

They couldn’t find my reservation and had to end up canceling and end my trip

However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pictures are not what this hotel looks like. It’s total different hotels. They’re using the pictures from. Absolutely nothing it reeked of marijuana. The pictures that they’re showing is not this hotel. It’s filthy in the hallway. It’s filthy everywhere.

Hotel was dirty outdated and had bugs

This is not necessarily the fault of Jason, the individual at the front desk;however, I highly recommend avoiding staying here if at all possible. Our first room was on the first floor, and the window to the was broken and accessible to anyone from the exterior or outside. The bathroom sink bowl was broken so badly and caulked so poorly, that it leaked when basic water was run. W were moved to a second room, where the outlet covers were falling off the wall and the wires were overtly exposed. Finally, there were live bugs in the closet. It is unkempt, unsafe, and and neglected.

Comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, extra window seat “bed” for son. Thick, lumpy pillows, broken faucet in bathroom, bedroom smelled of smoke even though “non-smoking” hotel, continental breakfast ran out early.

The staff was great. Room spacing/ style of room was nice touch. Slightly weird smell but not too bad. Breakfast served only for 2 hours didn’t get to try. Towels could be cleaner too.

Some fruit and something not sweet. But nice fresh and available on time every day.
