It was cool. Had several issues with the WiFi. Staff was helpful. Stay was pricey. Prices dropped when I left.. seems like they monitor behavior on the site. Cleaners threw away things I needed.. stuff that wasn’t in the trash or near the trash. Very upset with that. Wish breakfast was included.

Bar on top roof is nice and the bartender is very good and fun! The Japanese restaurant is great! I will be back for sure!

Everything about the facility was great. Your Valet service were helpful. I was a little surprised that there was only one reservationist when we got there a there were 3 people trying to check in. Bretney (SP) was my only complaint. She was not friendly at all. For the quality of hotel that this is I would have expected better service with a friendly face.

The hotel was nice clean and quite check in was easy loved the rainfall shower The bed was uncomfortable felt like a water bed, the view was the worst too many trees, did not have a pool or complimentary breakfast which should be included in pricing

The hotel is in the perfect location, right across from south park mall. I walked to every place I had to go! It’s super clean and staff was super helpful with any questions I had. The breakfast is amazing too!

Use valet instead of paying the garage fee.

I loved the area, modern decor, staff and food choices nearby. Room was small or the layout proved to seem cramped. Plus there was nowhere to sit besides a small regular stuffed in a corner.
