Omni Charlotte Hotel

I was extremely disappointed with my stay this weekend. The pool was closed due to construction, and the rooftop bar area shut down at 10 PM. With temperatures over 90 degrees and it being NBA Championship weekend, the amenities were the primary reason my wife and I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations, and we left very dissatisfied.

Call ahead of time and make sure pool is working

Our stay went well. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would only suggest a few more options for food and beverages in the club lounge.

Coin bar was very overrated and toilet was not flushing on first day of trip.

From the valet to check in was 5 stars! I highly recommend this property.

Very clean

Sooo... we got about 3 hours away from the Omni after our stay only to realize our wedding clothes got somehow pushed to the back of the closet in black wardrobe bags. We didn't see them when we did a final check. Tre at the front desk was amazing! He was so kind in the way he dealt with my panic. Was calm and patient with my multiple phone calls. And he was super helpful to explain how I could retrieve our items. He saved the day and the wedding! Thank you, Tre! We will stay at the Omni again should be pass through Charlotte again.

The wifi was absolutely horrible, I would be hesitant to stay here again just because it was so bad

Convenience and cleanliness I walked to restaurant to get food and was approached by homeless about my food. This could have been a little fearful and intimidating for a woman or other guest.

As soon as we walked into the hotel we had the pleasure of meeting Clarissa (hoping I spelled it right) she was amazing and made sure we got everything we needed for our stay, her and the other ladies at the front desk and bar were amazing!! I can’t wait to return…this is the only hotel I stay at when I’m in Charlotte…

We loved the room that they upgraded us to! It was clean and very enjoyable We decided to walk around the hotel and were harassed by a few different individuals asking for money. This is not a hotel problem at all just a people problem.

Check in was fast and efficient. I pre-registered, made it easy. Bellman and valet parking were efficient and made it easy. Event was Crown of the Carolinas Ballroom competition. The whole event was great!

Came to Charlotte for my birthday! Most things were walking distance or a 15-20 min drive. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my trip memorable!
