Arrived late, around 10pm, but parking was readily available and check-in was easy. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast options were good, coffee is freshly ground/dispensed per cup which is nice. Pool was open right at 9 and cleaner before, which I appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

The room/hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was typical watery scrambled eggs, potatos, waffle, biscuit and gravy. The biggest complaint was the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants from 8-10pm. The TV service was very spotty.

Breakfast includes, close to many, restaurants, shopping and other entertainment. Rooms were overall clean. Facility had easy to use amenities, for instance the pool, was actually available unlike other hotels.

I didn’t use the pool, but the gym was great. It needed some wipes to wipe down the machines after you use them but other than that, it was wonderful. All the staff was very courteous. Even the other guest in the hotel was courteous if I came to Chattanooga again. I would definitely stay there.

The breakfast was sufficient. However it was a Tuesday morning and not terribly crowded but all the items were not available when I arrived and there was still another hour to go.

The hotel was easy to find. The staff was very cordial and the room was very nice, more than expected for the price. Nothing. Every thing exceeded our expectations.
